Internships are conducted in accordance with the Internship Directive of the Faculty of Engineering. Accordingly, PRU Mechanical Engineering students are required to complete internships as part of the Faculty of Engineering Internship Directive. These internships allow students to observe the practical application of the professional knowledge they have gained during their education, participate in hands-on applications, enhance their practical knowledge and skills, engage in teamwork, and improve their communication skills.
The total internship duration is 60 (sixty) working days, covering Group I, II, and III internships. Students must complete their internships in an organization operating in a field related to their department, either in Turkey or abroad.
1st GROUP INTERNSHIP
This internship aims to provide students with experience in material cutting, bending, grinding, welding, and casting before the manufacturing of mechanical parts.
